Do you work directly with landowners?

Yes. We work with landowners at different stages, either taking land through planning or progressing sites into development, depending on the opportunity. If your land does not have planning permission, we take it through planning as part of our Land Promotion approach.

Do you fund developments?

We invest directly and also work with funding partners depending on the project structure.

What size projects do you take on?

We take on projects ranging in size anywhere from 10 to 150+ dwellings. Each site is assessed individually on its merits.

What determines the final land value?

Not just planning. The design of the scheme, build quality, pricing strategy and timing of sale all directly influence what the land is worth. If you have a site to discuss, we can give you a clear view on potential value and next steps.

How long does a development take?
